How could I get extra iron without taking iron tablets - I am anaemic, also vegetarian? - anaemic more condition_symptoms

I'm worried a little about the pill, because I heard that they upset stomach, etc., and I'm on some medication.

What plant foods contain iron? I occasionally eat fish.

Vegan sources of iron and wheat flour, green leafy vegetables, molasses, pulses such as lentils, beans and nuts. You can get iron in your diet, with an iron stove for cooking.

Since its anemic want to discuss with your doctor. Some people lose the ability to absorb sufficient iron from the diet, even if they eat meat too.

Place a handful of spinach in a blender with frozen strawberries and orange juice ..... lol ... good taste, trust me. Vitamin C in orange juice helps the body absorb iron from spinach, which is loaded with iron.
In addition, the lentil soup is rich in iron.

Forget about the vegetarian diet ... sit with a nice plate of beef liver and onions.

Oh, and forget the iron plates. Excess iron can be toxic. Take a day, more iron.

If you are anemic, you must be a woman.

Dark green are green veges like spinach loaded with iron.
